The Proposal of Strategic Development of Small Business Dealing with Automation and Robotics for Industrial Applications

The diploma thesis deals with the design of strategic development of a company that operates in the field of development and construction of single-purpose devices, integration of robots, and automated lines. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a literature search focusing on the development and growth of companies in terms of strategic management and related issues of order management and selected analyzes in the field. The analytical part contains a partial and overall evaluation of the current situation of the company for subsequent decision-making and selection of suitable actions. The design part elaborates the subsequently proposed solutions in the form of possible development of the company, including implementation.
Information technologies enabling managerial time tracking and cost reduction

Time tracking means to record and analyze costs in relation with business output. Managerial time tracking can be characterized as a tool that links working-time recording with planning, approving, rating, billing, invoicing, etc. This thesis deals with theoretical consequences and facts of time tracking approaches, and with practical application of these approaches with the usage of IT time tracking tools. There are described various alternatives of time tracking systems and characterized automatization of business processes with the focus on time tracking business process.
